Students take part in games and puzzles to explore the environment and cultures of the past and place key events that have shaped local history\u2014from the Palaeolithic era to the present day\u2014on a timeline. Engaging graphic animations and specially designed teaching aids help pupils to \u2018think about time\u2019; replicas of artefacts found in the Ticino region help them discover some important aspects of the daily lives of the people who once inhabited these ancient lands. The session concludes with an activity linked to the Montebello Archaeology exhibition.<\/p>\n

The workshop is part of the educational programme offered by the Ticino Archaeological Association (ATT)<\/p>\n
