From the very beginning, the themes of creation and death influenced the young author, who at the age of nineteen wrote \u2018Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus\u2019.<br \/>\nMary Shelley was a widow in her early forties when she decided to tell her own story. To retrace the steps of her life that led her, at a very young age, to write the novel that would make her famous. These are seemingly insignificant steps. But they provide us with the key to understanding her work.<br \/>\nThis show is a journey through the thoughts and questions that accompanied Mary Shelley, defining her as one of the most emblematic authors of her time.
